Liz Gray, LCSW, RPT
Hi, I’m Liz! A therapist and a Mindset + Systems Clini-Coach® where I support heart-centered entrepreneurs to overcome their systems + mindset challenges so they can gain more time, flexibility, & freedom in their practices-- and lives!
In 2018, I created Organize and Thrive to combine my love of organization, creativity, & community. I love bringing people together to offer a supportive (and fun) place to learn, grow, and connect.
I know you're wondering... but who are you? I'm a Highly Sensitive introverted midwestern girl who lives in Chicago, IL with my husband and mini goldendoodle, Bailey. I self-soothe by color-coding my spreadsheets, watching some good ole' Netflix, playing Candy Crush and eating cookie dough (yes, sometimes all at the same time. And yes, I make cookie dough JUST to eat it raw).
